your hair should be stay healthy. there is a separate article about how to keep your hair healthy Do a proper hair cut Hair takes about 50% role in your overall personality you have noticed it before also if you have done a haircut after 2 or 3 months you look very different it happens with me also many will say you hair style was looking good and may will say you hair style not look good change it. everybody has their different opinion but it’s also a personal choice that what you or I like. So, what you think what you like so if you are not satisfied with your hair style change that. Chose a good hair cut according to your face young or old based on that and meet a good hair stylist and consult it with them that which type of hair style will suit you best. and which will show a good depth of your hair

with that take good care of your hair focus on natural products stay away from products like cream, mates, spray, gel if you are applying it daily on your hair actually you are doing a very bad investment your hairs strength will loose and it will start falling focus on natural products shampoo twice or thrice a week two or three time conditioning your hair and apply oil 2 to 3 times a week it is very much important. the best natural thing to apply on hair is Rogan almond oil, Almond oil is the best thing for your scalp and hair.

now skin, skin is everything you have seen a lot of people who have good hair good overall personality but they have pimples. later on after sometimes you will notice you look old with that skin. 

look at old models 40 or 45+ old their skin is glowing the skin is everything the skin makes them young.so focus on skin make sure to avoid cosmetic product. there are a lot of product in the market this is a marketing thing they take a model and companies pay them huge money to endorse their brand I don’t have to tell that to you know already. 

tips to take care of your face with natural ingredient

Facewash: -

 You just have to take a good face wash which have natural qualities and use it twice or thrice a day.in morning its important and in night before bed. keep all the dust and harmful chemical away from your face.

Vapor care of skin: - 

take hot water in a bowl and a towel place your face up side of the bowl cover with towel from head to bowl sit there 5 minutes or till the vapor coming out of the bowl. This will help to open all pores of skin after that clean face with water

Multani soil: - 

apply multani soil on your face rest it for some time after that clean your face you see a very visible result.

Rose water: -

Body fat: - 

Body fat means the skin layer of your body. The fat that is on your skin, the thicker you are, the lower your quality will be keep in mind the more the fat build the older you will look. 

if you are the one whose body fat is more let’s say if you are 18 and you look like 22 or 24 years old so the look was covered by the body fat your 50% of looks was covered by body fat.
